Educational seminar and exam

At Saturday, 19/06 2010 was held in the Czech Lipa traditional karate training seminar, which led Paul Znamenáček (5.Dan) Milan Vesely (3.Dan) and David Kraus (1st Dan).

The teaching karate karateka were interested in 100. The seminar was divided into groups according to the technical maturity and focused on kihon, kata and kumite.

Lower grade technical lead, David Kraus, who focused on kihon ippon kumite and our youth showed that they can concentrate. Higher technical degree / 8-7.kyu / led Milan Vesely and Pavel Znamenáček focused on technical degree / 6kyu - Dan /

After intensive training sessions that are always divided into two blocks followed by tests on a technical level.
