Last week the holiday is traditionally meet on the concentration of mature karatisté club that led coaches Paul and Milan Vesely Znamenáček prepare for the upcoming season. This year the weather was favorable and a team each day was assessed in two čtyřicetiminutových and two-hour training units. Also missing traditional karate aerobics led by Karin Znamenackova and other activities. This year we also visited the boys from the club Club Sport Flair, Ostrava and Karate Shotokan Tiger

Our team of 42 in karate, every day was assessed in three thirty minute and two hour training units .. During the camp were made two physical tests that will serve as a motivating factor for further improvements. Traditionally, the focus was present Karin Znamenackova aerobics, evening deep relaxation after a hard training session Paul Znamenacek, bonfire and disco.
Overall, coaches evaluate the concentration is already very positive and we look forward to the next

A successful weekend
Karatisté of Sport Club Relax participated in three events Saturday, June 19, 2010.
Championship shikona in Jablonec, Ore Mountains Karate Championship and Seminars in the Czech Lipa.
Shikona Championship - here we have won two gold and three silver medals.
The first competitor on the mat in the kata was younger pupils Zlatohlávek Christopher, who is constantly improving and this was confirmed once again the silver medal and the title of Vice CR.
Luke Strong and Lucy Kočandrlová emerged in kata and kumite ch older pupils. Although Lucy Kočandrlová reached the medal, but he fought bravely, and confirmed that the fifth place and fourth place kumite. Luke was in a hangman Hard successful and won the title of Vice-CR, in kumite then finished fourth.
Hana Ulíková Zlatohlávková and Teresa were introduced in kata and kumite and the first ever success in this category recorded Ulíková Hana, and is the first competitor Relax Sports Club, which managed to win in this category gold medal and title of the republic in kata and kumite events. Teresa Zlatohlávková great zabojovala in kata and a silver medal and the title of Vice-CR is a success of this racer.
The second event took place in Podbořany "Krusnohorsky cup" in karate.
Relax Sport was represented by four karate. In Kata younger pupils in excellent form showed Milan Hajek, who defeated all his rivals and won the Cup and a gold medal. The second rider was junior Teresa Bittnerová that the excellent performance in kata was awarded a silver medal. In kumite is introduced Bittner siblings. Top succeeded Adalbert, who kategoii older pupils won a silver medal, Martin gained valuable bronze. Teresa Bittnerová a balanced fight in the kumite lost for third place.

A slick camp in Italy
Karatisté of Sport Club Relax attended a traditional camp in the picturesque town of Caorle.
Each new day we started the morning on the beach and ended at the sea stretching the clock ..
The second part of the program was a two-hour workout on the beach under the guidance of coach Paul Znamenacek, where he could exercise in the sand karatistům pretty hard time. After lunch, we waited resting on the sea and from the last training was 17.hodin. Every day there was still time for an evening stroll and relax with a good ice cream.
Karin Znamenackova led aerobics and strength training, which could be pretty hard time.
The traditional final training took place in the sea, where they reached the bottom of the practitioners forces.
I believe that it is already looking forward to the next camp.
